Sizing requirements for cotton fine counts are most stringent and critical. Size needs to offer greater penetration, contribute high tensile strength and hairiness suppression to the yarn. The resultant yarn needs to be very flexible and elastic so that it can withstand against high bending angles and abrasions.

INFISIZE N80 can be used for sizing on fine count cotton yarns (60s &80s). The product is suitable for high speed shuttle less looms. To prepare size, add INFISIZE N80 in cold water under continuous high speed stirring. Continue stirring till the suspension is lump free. Raise the temperature to >95° C. Maintain temperature at least for 45 minutes under continuous low speed stirring. The product can also be cooked in pressure cooker. Transfer the solution to storage and add required lubricant/softener. Continue stirring for 10 minutes before use.
