Advantages
INFISIZE N-T50 is especially suitable for coarse and medium counts while INFISIZE T25E can be used on medium and fine counts. INFISIZE N-T50 & N-T25 can be used on cotton and Polyester-cotton blends.
To prepare size, add INFISIZE N-T50 & N-T25 and other size materials in cold water under continuous high speed stirring. Continue stirring till the suspension is lump free. Raise temperature to >95° C. Maintain temperature at least for 45 minutes under continuous low speed stirring. The product can also be cooked in pressure cooker.
However the maximum temperature is to be 1100 C for 30 minutes. Transfer the solution to storage and add required lubricant/softener. Continue stirring for 10 minutes before use.
