Terry towel industry is looking for best possible water absorbency of towels. This can be achieved by various techniques and processes. One such technique is to avoid enzymatic desizing. In this technique the size material to be use need to support rapid removal. INFISIZE NT30 is a ready to use size mix designed to size the yarn for terry towel manufacturing. The size can be easily removed to get the desired TEGAWA rating during scouring- bleaching.

To prepare size, add INFISIZE NT 30 in cold water under continuous high speed stirring. Continue stirring till the suspension is lump free. Raise the temperature to >95° C. Maintain temperature at least for 45 minutes under continuous low speed stirring. The product can also be cooked in pressure cooker. Do not cook the product at temperature > 115° C.

Transfer the solution to storage and add required lubricant/softener. Continue stirring for 10 minutes before use.
