Softener-lubricant is essential part of yarn sizing in textile industry. It needs to provide high lubrication so that yarn can withstand against various abrasions during weaving. It also needs to provide softness to the yarn to withstand rapid bending during weaving.

Conventional softeners-lubricants tend to adversely affect the film strength and adhesion of size materials.

INFISIZE SSL is a lubricant-softener. It provides excellent lubrication and softness to the yarn with minimum adverse effect on film strength and adhesion of size materials.

INFISIZE SSL can be used with all types of size for all types of yarns and their counts.

To prepare size, add size ingredients in cold water under continuous high speed stirring. Continue stirring till the suspension is lump free. Raise the temperature to >95° C. Maintain temperature at least for 45 minutes under continuous low speed stirring. The product can also be cooked in pressure cooker. Transfer the solution to storage and add required INFISIZE SSL. Continue stirring for 10 minutes before use.
