Specific polyacrylate with other ingredients can modify the native starch rheology to perform in textile industry for warp sizing. This modification is limited and suitable for the use in sizing of coarse counts. We have identified this and created an innovation to provide solution to textile industry.

INFISIZE N-SRM is a system of various ingredients that forms setback to modify the rheology of native starch while cooking. It also reduces/eliminates use of synthetic binders. The product is specifically designed for the sizing application of coarse counts such as denim and bottom weight. To prepare size, add INFISIZE N-SRM with native starch in cold water under continuous high speed stirring. Continue stirring till the suspension is lump free. Raise the temperature to >95°C. Maintain temperature at least for 45 minutes under continuous low speed stirring. The product can also be cooked in pressure cooker.

Transfer the solution to storage and add required lubricant/softener. Continue stirring for 10 minutes before use.
