Coarse Cotton yarns are themselves strong yarns. Necessity to impart strength by sizing is low compared to medium & fine counts cotton yarns. Most important aspects of sizing on coarse  yarns are good coating, to suppress hairiness and retention of maximum flexibility & elongation.

INFISIZE N30 is a ready to use size mix and specially designed keeping above requirements in view. Due to unique ingredients and appropriate viscosity, it offers more coating on the yarn and less penetration.

INFISIZE N30 can be used for sizing on coarse cotton yarns of up to 30s. The product is suitable for high speed shuttleless looms. To prepare size, add INFISIZE N30 in cold water under continuous high speed stirring. Continue stirring till the suspension is lump free. Raise the temperature to >95° C. Maintain temperature at least for 45 minutes under continuous low speed stirring. The product can also be cooked in pressure cooker. Transfer the solution to storage and add required lubricant/softener. Continue stirring for 10 minutes before use.
